而电影中的结尾看得出来是刻意美化的结果。而实际上看过小说的人都知道。结尾处的福贵身边的人都离他而去了。但是电视剧版本中同样是美化结尾，但是却留给人们更多的希望。福贵守着自己的小外孙然后给他讲述了一个牛以后的故事。这个对于原著而言更加的切合。
